Mmm you max out hp increase, hp recovery, slash blast and power strike, as for your stats you should use the items you need to equip on your next level up as your guide. EXAMPLE: mithril spear, 100 STR, 35 DEX so you would put 35 into dex and all else into strength until your about to use another weapon.

Warriors are one of the most confusing classes to play in Maple Story... At least, they are if you read a lot of guides.
I'm currently playing a level 40 low-dex Fighter, and I can hit up to 1,400 with Power Strike. I will never play or recommend a Warrior that isn't low-dex. Your power just won't match up.
One of the greatest misconceptions about Warriors, particularly low-dex builds, is that you miss a lot. That simply isn't the case. I capped my dex at 30, and scrolled an overall with ten 100% DEX scrolls. The overall had a natural +4 DEX to start with. My hat (Great Blue Helm) gives +1 DEX. My gloves were scrolled with five 100% DEX scrolls, giving +5 Accuracy.
That brings me to the next point: You don't need ANY dex as a warrior. What you need is ACCURACY. Dex is just the middle-man. Every point of dex gives you 0.8 Accuracy. My total dex is 45. 45 * 0.8 = 36 Accuracy. I have another +5 Accuracy on the gloves, for 41 Accuracy. My Mastery is at level 17, giving me 58 Accuracy. If I add a Sniper Pill, that's another +10 Accuracy, for a grand total of 68.
If you are the same level as a monster, you need Accuracy equalling 3.6 times the monster's Avoid to hit it 100% of the time. Warriors need to specialize in what they fight. You want a monster with low Avoidability (try to find monsters with 10-15 Avoid), a low to moderate Weapon Defense, and lots of Hit Points.
If you follow the same path I did, your Power Strike will break 1,000 damage at level 30. That's right--LEVEL 30! That's enough for you to kill all kinds of monsters that others could only dream of for another 10 levels. That means you can level very quickly, because the things you kill will grant you more experience.
As for your skills, I believe that every Warrior should follow the same build in their first job:
5 Increasing HP Recovery (to unlock the next skill)
10 Increasing Max HP
1 Power Strike (to unlock Slash Blast)
20 Slash Blast
19 Power Strike
6 Endure
Increasing Max HP is simply non-negotiable. I met up with a Warrior one day who didn't take it. We were both level 23, but I had 450 more hit points than he did. Now imagine the difference when you reach level 50 or 60!
Slash Blast is more important in first job than Power Strike. You have no Mastery, so every weapon is as good for you as another. Why not, then, take a Spear or Polearm, which has the greatest range of any melee weapon, and use Slash Blast to power-level yourself to 2nd job using mobs?
As you get higher in levels, mobs are less common, and Power Strike becomes more and more useful (so don't think I'm advocating every Warrior to be a Spearman just for the mob attack).
As for second job, it's another matter of what you like best. Fighters are offensive monsters, with skills like Rage that lower your defense, but raise your attack by 10 (Warrior Pills only give +5, by the way). Pages are more defensive, with skills like Threaten that lower enemy attack and defense. Spearmen are the best for parties, with skills like Hyper Body, that increases the max HP and MP of everyone in your party by up to 60%. These attributes follow in 3rd job.

first of all, when you rolled the dice for your character, you should have had 4 in int and 4 in luk. the rest doesnt matter.
you need to have dex 2 times your level and the rest would go into your str. for skills, first put 5 in max hp recovery, then max out max hp increase. then max out max hp recovery. now you can start putting sp into power strike. put one in power strike and then start putting it in slash blast and max it. slash blast is a mob attack but requires hp. next max out power strike. but i dont think you can max out power strike. there is 61 sp in first job. but if you max max hp recovery (16), max hp increase (10), power strike (20), slash blast (20). that would be 66 sp. so i guess you can choose which one to max. power strike or slash blast.
