i need a smaller chameleon i dont want ones with horns . i want it to be like 10 inch

Well i dont know about 10 inches but if u want a smaller cham you might look into pigmy leaf chameleons. There are a few different species and all of them dont have horns and dont cost much. I know u can get some of the more common leaf chams for around 20 bucks a pop. As far as there over all size, they stay really small around 4 or 5 inchs total. They are easy to keep and dont demand as much as a vield or a jackson would. The only down fall is they dont come in cool colors like blues or bright greens. The normal leaf comes in dark browns and some tints of green.

well that sucks for you hun, try looking into different types of lizards, chameleons don't make good pets anyways
