My favorite are the horses from Revelation: The four horses of the Apocalypse and the white horse that Jesus rides.
Sorry, I've just been answering a lot of yahoo questions in the religious category

The Unicorn. It was originally called an Orn until it was realized they could not produce offspring because they were non gendered creatures. It was then that the Unic was added to their name. Thus Unicorn. Has nothing to do with the one horn.

the red horse of the gravy wood.
its breath steaming gold and the heavy froth from its mouth melting the icy gravy flakes of the weird wood of gravy snow.
the heat-haze rising from its muscular back extending to the clouds and causing the rains.
bucking its vain rider and charging into the darkness for three years; padding gently to rest into the witca stud ranch and siring seventy equally majestic at its leisure.
oh the gravy from the boiled hooves of the red horse of the gravy wood! that'll put hairs on your chest!
