My computer will only allow me to use colours on my desktop; it will not let me put on a picture. This is only happening on my user name. What can I do to solve this problem? Please HELP!

Right click on the .jpg and see if it offers to make it your desktop background.

It sounds like you have limited privileges under your user profile that prevent this. If you can log in as an administrator, do that and check the user group your login is in. Increase this to Power User, or Administrator and then log back in with your ID and try again.

I actually have domicile windows vista on my computer and that i did do you bypass into the images out of your computing device and correct click and then bypass all the way down to the options that asserts set this as my computing device backdrop thats how i'm getting mine to artwork
