PayLess Shoe Source. Do what I do. Buy a pair of high tops with laces. Lace them up loosely, and create a Russian knot. (it's a double tied bow that requires both strings to be pulled to untie)
Now just slip them on and off at your leisure. If you find it difficult to get your foot in and out, loosen the laces more. I've been doing this for 20 years.

Try Skechers they don't have velcro but the next best thing, never tie laces or slip on.

all the expensive designers have good slip on shoes which isn't the same as velcro but it's easier to slide on. but for velcro puma has some.
