If you had posted this as 8 separate questions, we could get 80 points...

These are basically all multiplication, for example, the first one the mortgage is $129,500*(1 - 20%) = $129,500*(1 - .2) = $129,500*.8 = $103,600

The others are similar, though you will have to look up the thing to multiply by for the banker's rule and the renter's rule.
