When exercising, your muscles will begin to hurt as you push them beyond their current limits. The way to gain more muscle is to work them until they start to hurt a bit. This tells you that you are working them beyond their current limit and this will extend their limit. You've heard the expression "No pain, no gain." This is true in exercise. Don't push yourself too hard - just enough that you can tell you are really working your muscles.

when your doing things like that the reason your muscles start to hurt is because they are being worked out .. if your just starting out and its hurting after work outs its because your working the muscles and your not used to doing it

Stop for a couple days or until the pain stops, then begin again but maybe you should do it at a slower pace. Remember, you need to work into these things.

well...in my opinion.it must be due to the fact that you have just been beginning to excersice...i guess the same things happen to people who go to gym for the first time...my opininon is u continue with ur excercise and gradually ur body will get used to it...otherwise if the pain does not stop go visit a doctor

If its pain then stop for a while try resting. If its a burn then don't worry you'll be fine your abs are just getting used to being worked out

yep. that means you are building muscle. that's great dude. But don;t exercise too much because it could be dangerous, especially if in your family there is a history of heart-attacks

Yes. Pain is your body's way of telling you to stop. You are probably doing too many at one time or doing them wrong.

WELL IT COULD BE YOUR DOING THEM WRONG OR TOO MANY AT A TIME... IN MY OPION FOR YOU TO WORK YOUR ABS YOU MUST WORK OUT YOUR UPPER WALL LOWER WALL AND OBLIQUES WHICH IS YOUR SIDE AND IT ALSO HAS TO DO WITH YOUR POSITION OF YOUR BODY KEEP IN MIND ITS BETTER TO DO 50 CORRECT THEN 100 INCORRECT.
