I have a World Book encyclopedia CD and when I try to install it I am asked for the Pin number. I have used the PN# on the disc and the response is that it is incorrect.Why? How do I access the information if I cannot get past the PIN which is on the CD?I have used every number I saw and none of them works. Any suggestions?

I am in a remote location without a library. The disc was not installed on another computer previously.

Try the old school way and go to the libary..
Does the CD have a costumer support number, I would call them.
Also, some software come with copyright pertection and can only be installed on one computer, if you have it on other computers or some one gave you the disc, it could allready installed on some one elses computer
