There are many ways to increse testosterone levels naturally.
Get enough sleep (7-8 hours).
Healthy diet.
Physical activity.
Supplements.
If you are overweight, try to loose fat at first. Do some phisycal activity 2-3 times a week. Watch what you eat. In the meantime, include weight training (also 2-3 times). Increse your protein.
That would help you build muscle. Adding muscle increses testosterone in the body. Also, research supplements (ZMA, Tribulus Terrestris, Multivitamin). These are supplements that will help your body to make more testosterone.

You can't.

Too low a level of testosterone leaves you susceptible to osteoporosis, and this is a serious illness. But it is possible to have a level of testosterone that is too low to be healthy, overall, and to have this for no apparent reason. If that is the case, or if there is a medical reason for a low level of testosterone than can be treated, it needs to be done.

See your doctor for a complete check up, including blood tests for various hormone levels. If there is no underlying reason for a low level, of testosterone, there are supplements available. But this is or can be a serious medical problem, so skip the "natural" idea and just see your doctor,
