what is the best place for advertising my carpenter profession?

i am a carpenter and i would like to post some ads so people that
need any carpentry work to be done can contact me.i am working full day 5 days a week but i would like to get some private jobs.where to go?

Your local newspaper, Local television station, print business cards or poster and post at local stores, laundrymats. Post at any location in your are that you know that people go. Good Luck!

Save money and make your own brochures,post them in public restrooms or phone booths and maybe call some hotels in your area.
