Undergraduate work means beyond High School. In other words, it's an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
A Master's would be graduate, and a doctorate like a Ph.D. for instance, would be post-graduate.

1-a university student who has not yet received a first degree
2-In some educational systems, an undergraduate is a post-secondary student pursuing a Bachelor's degree. Students of higher degrees are known as postgraduates (or often simply graduates).
3-Student completing a Bachelor or Undergraduate degree.
4-a college student who has not yet earned a Bachelor's degree.
