right well first of all.....
when wearing casual clothing ( jeans, casual trousers, t-shirt etc. )
....... if your wearing jeans and a belt say then usually definitely opt for a bigger belt rather then a small one.....
Evening out ( dress )
...... wear a dress that you feel comfortable in and looks slinky...
so for jeans= larger belt
for hips in a dress=slinky (obviously comfortable )
and for a saggy bum ( same issue :) ) = under a dress I prefer to opt for a pretty body thingy to put under the dress and surprisingly enought M&S sell some sexy ones. ( i never really go for the granny pant option :) )
hope I helped a little OH and I suggest that if you still want some advice the trinny and susan ( i think thats their names lol ) have some good advice emmmm.... i think book 3 should help u.

Start by making sure your clothing fits properly. Nothing adds pounds as much as clothing that is too tight, or too loose.
For pants and jeans, look for a wider leg, (straight, boot cut, or wide from hip to ankle), to balance out your hips, and create one long line from your hip to your ankle. This will make you look taller and thinner. Avoid tapered legs, skinny jeans, and wide flares-i.e. bellbottoms. No pleats, detailing, pocket flaps, or anything else to draw the eye, or that adds extra material where you don't want it. The jeans/pants should be very basic, in darker colors to keep attention on your top half. The waist should hit right below your natural waistline. Back pockets should sit on the fullest part of your bottom, pockets that sit too high, or too low, can make your butt look bigger and flatter. A slightly higher pocket rounds out the bottom, for a more "lifted" appearance. Avoid low rise at all cost, it will only make your hips look wider, and you can often get a bulge over the top of the waist. Avoid small pockets, and no pockets, that will only make your bottom look bigger in comparison.
Skirts and dresses should hit right below the knee. Look for tapered styles that flare at the hemline (A-lines and trumpets are great for this) to help balance hips. Avoid pencil skirts, which will give you a boxy look, and pleated styles, which will add bulk.
For a dress, look for empire waistlines that will draw the eye up away from your hips and bottom. This also makes your upper body look smaller, and gives you great curves, without chinching the waist, which only makes your hips look bigger in comparison.
Tops and jackets should hit at the smallest part of your hips, right on the bone. While you may think a longer top will hide your bottom, it won't. All long tops do is make you look shorter and heavier, and often give you a boxy look. Some things to look for:
1. Lighter or brighter colors to draw the eye up.
2. Wider lapels to make shoulders look wider, and balance hips.
3. Empire waistlines in the shirt, to draw the eye up.
4. Cowl, boat, or square necklines to balance shoulders with hips.
5. 3/4 sleeves to draw the eye up.
6. Lace, velvet, appliques, etc... any kind of trim or decoration to keep attention off your lower body, and near your face.
7. Jackets with 1 or 2 buttons to give a wider neckline, which helps to balance hips.
This is just a short list of general items. The best way to find what flatters you is to go to a store, and try as many styles on as you can. What may look good on the rack, won't look good on you; and what may look bad on the rack may do wonders for your figure.

Boyfriend style jeans look nice, so to nice floaty dresses that come to the knee. It's a good idea to try to distract attention from the area by wearing a nice top, jewellery or have your hair looking red carpet gorgeous.
Good luck, and I understand how you feel - I have a big problem with my hips and my stomach area.

where either trousers with a pleat line down the middle or where a wrap skirts. wrap skirts are really good for big bottomed people cause it makes ur bottom look much smaller. u can also get those magic pants so ur bum looks small under clothes.

ok, well im not goin to give long lists of clothes, and im not goin to say something ridiculous and cruel like a 'tent'.
wide leg trousers, knee length coats and cardigans always look nice and loose floaty long tops.other than that, just experiment and find something that feel comfy and that you can feel confident..... if we were ment to have perfect figures, then chocolate and donuts would never have been invented!!!

I think that skirts tend to either look kind of trashy or cheap if they are tight and short, or they may be just the ordinary jean skirts that are not necessarily sexy.

Try maxi skirts with the side slits those will look great on you! It doesn't matter if you have long legs or not simply strut that skirt

magic pants from marks and spencers will sort the problem out, i would suggest a nice long black pair of trousers with a middle fold.
