Earthquakes do not generate wind or brissance. The shock waves often mention are at tectonic plate levels therefore lateral, not vertical.

A helicopter would not feel anything. If you're asking if a person inside the helicopter would feel the effects of an earthquake, the answer is no.

Not normally. Unless the earthquake is the result of a volcanic eruption, it won't. In the case of a volcanic eruption, that's a totally different matter.

it would not feel the direct effect of the earth quake no.
however if enough earth and what not fell dust and air pockets would be felt but i mean a huge earth quake .
