No, for the same reason that having intercourse is not safe: the contractions of your vagina when you feel pleasure make you release hormones that will induce you into labour (you may start contractions!). That is not the bad news.. if you do not what to induce your labour, you will have to wait around six weeks after your delivery for having any kind of sex (so your uterus have time to recover and your body overall to go back to normal)... sorry!

Yes its quite safe....I did it at the end of my pregnancy and once I was a week overdue it was the only thing that actually put me into labor.
