the 1 iam using is core ftp and for say 300mb it takes mabey 3.5 hours , is there any faster around???

k so mine works at 24kb/s how can i increase that?

it depends on ur network connections.. especially your upload speed provided by your internet provider

well it depends on your upload speed, its nothing to do with the client you use to upload i use wsftp myself.
there is no way to increase your upload speed without talking to your internet service provider. that 300mb sounds abit long
must upload speed is about 384kpbs which means u can upload at max about 48kpbs so that 48'thousands per second into 300 million.
