My fiance & I just ordered our birth certificates so we can get a marriage license. We used a website called VitalChek to get our birth certificates from two different states. They have Colorado listed as a place where they will order the birth certificate for you. VitalChek charges a fee, but I thought the convenience was worth it.

Its actually really simple (I had to do it to get a passport)
