people.
They are the one who hire,train and
fire worker in a company.
If u r good, they give u more $.
No good, they say bye bye to you !
They are basically heartless people.
They are the last person in the company
to get fired !

Human resource management is the person who look after the employees...that is who to recruit, who to dismissed...It looks for the best of its workers...it manages the employees developement
