There's no need. The vagina is 'self-cleaning' and there's no need to douche if you take regular baths or showers. The most ridiculous thing ever is the 'cherry douche' - it's not meant to smell of cherries, it's meant to smell of you! If your man doesn't like the smell and taste of you then he's no kind of man!
If the scent is particularly strong it's normally an indication that there's some kind of problem, an infection or yeast or something. You're more - not less - more likely to get infections and yeast problems if you douche because you interfere with your body's natural acid balance.

There is no reason to douche on a regular basis. The medical concensus is to NOT douche except for once a month or on rare occasions.
By doucheing you are removing the healthy bacteria and you're messing up the equilibrium that helps counter infections, problems, Your own flora is there to protect you, so don't wash it away.
If you want to douche occasionally, such as after a menstrual period or you have a bad odor for some reason (not chronic) it would be OK.
I would recommend Betadine douche.
I would highly recommend eating probiotics like yogurt or going to the Natural Foods store and getting a good brand of Lactobacillus acidophilus if you feel you'd like to supplement your normine cleansing routine. It fends off yeast infections and has tons of other benefits.

Don't douche. It's dangerous. It can cause serious problems. I am being tested for cervical cancer right now and douching can cause this. It breaks down your bodies natural defense and therefore cannot fight off infections. There are external vaginal sprays, cleansing cloths, and many other things to feel fresh.... besides if there is odor down there, that needs to be checked, it could be something else.

Not if need be we replenish our self and flush out what don't belong with out the assistance of a douche, when you douche to often you strip your self inside and take away all of what's natural for you.

Douche it makes me feel cleaner, i do it after my period, or if i am feeling very unclean, doctors have told me that douching more can be unhealthy, so just read the directions and use your own judgement. Your vagina is self cleaning so it is up to you... but personally i wouldn't do it too much.

I used to, but only once a month after my periods were finished. Otherwise you are over doing it and that isn't good. The only time you would douche more is if you have a yeast infection.

Everyonce in a while is fine and it is best to stick with plain vinegar and water. If you douche too often it can lead to yeast infections.

Douche shouldn't be practiced at all. When a woman douche, she's washing her good bateria away. These bateria inside helps keep foreign bateria out.
When you wash your own "good" bateria out, you are capable of getting yeast infection, UTI, and many other infections.

No douche. It's bad for you and makes you smell bad two weeks after you use it, but two weeks before you can use it again!
