I'm guessing you're female being that the question is in women's health! If you're going constantly and feeling like you still need to go it could be cystitis - an inflammation of the urinary tract. It could be caused by a number of things from sex through to the soap you bath with or the detergent you wash your smalls with.
It's easily treated but you'd best go to the doctor to be sure. If it turns out that it is cystitis then in future, cranberry juice is a wonderful way to prevent it.

Any feeling of constantly wanting the toilet either bowels or water works, is not right.
It could be a simple problem your doctor can sort out.
If it is something more serious, then the sooner you get it checked the better.
You do not need to feel any embarrassment your doctor will put you at ease.
I have had an anal examination with a camera and everyone was very professional and reassuring. I was not embarrassed but found the television pictures truly remarkable.
PS It was an all clear for me, good luck.

I think it's a UTI, a urinary tract infection. Try drinking so much water it feels like you will explode. It flushes the Bacteria out. Your bladder is most likely swollen causing other places to feel icky too. Try taking a hot bath it will reduce the swelling and make you feel better until the water makes its way through your system. And cranberry prevents these, but if you already have one vitamin C and just plain water is the best way to get rid of it. If those things I suggested work you will not need to call a doctor. Good luck!

Have you had your blood sugar levels tested? The constant need to go to the toilet is a common sign of diabetes. Go to the docs and check it out.

Does it hurt when you wee, like burning? I had a water infection and I wanted to wee all the time, it got me down. I sat in the toilet all night...anyway! It might be a water infection.

Definitely cystitis. You need to see your doctor and get some pills. It can be cured really quickly. I'm afraid its too often caused by having too much sex!!! You need to stop, if only for a little while.
