You need the Direct X so if it asks you to download it say OK then go to the file that it was loaded into and install it from there. Could be in a temp folder some where in (my documents).

The problem might actually be your graphics card. Most PC games especially the newer ones require a powerful graphics card which cheap computers lack. Read the requirements on the back of the game case (under Minimum Requirements) and cheak that your graphics card is compatible. :)

Go to directx.com and download the latest version. If you got a dial up connection i really wouldn't reccomend trying as it will take you hours.
