find a quiet place to nod off for two-three hours, go look for a shelter for food, then try to get money, a quick buck for whatever addiction or habit he/she has.

shelter, library, bus stop, convenience store, friend's house, whatever. most cities that have commodities for homeless have a shelter that is open during the day.
