My mom used to get Harlequins through the mail and I remember her always tearing out the semi-cardboard papers in the middle that normally were for subscription. Another place in the book to check is in the very back, after the story, there are always a few advertisement pages. Sometimes these pages are order forms that you can use. Another good thing to check is seeing if you can subscribe through a website.
