I'm looking to lose some "Holiday" pounds. What is the quickest safest most effective way to lose weight. My problem area is the mid section. Once that goes down, Im straight!

Is it excersize with a certain pill or a specific food i should or shouldn't be eating.

I'm not doing Atkins so don't suggest that.

Here is a place that reviews lots of weight loss programs, dieting aides, supplements and so on. Even has categories like diabetes, low fat and hypnosis. Pretty cool site.

the best answer i would give is to walk a lot, exercise around the house.do sit-ups and eat light,drink plenty of water, or do some yoga exercise, but whatever you do watch your calorie intake i've lost some weigh for new year and i eat light and workout some what and keep with it and you will see the difference. sit-up really helps. and don't eat big meals after you work out eat small portion after ward. sit up ball helps too.

I would suggest an all natural cleansing, replenishing, rejuvenating system that has a side benefit of safe weight loss.

egg whites are really good...and have little to no calories....I have eaten them along with a healthy diet.......drank lots of water....watched my sodium intake (salt) and drink no sodas..and excercise 30 minutes to an hour everyday....and have lost 30 pounds in 6 months (went from 153# to 123!) hope this helps...good luck!
