It doesn't have a hope. It's intent is to erode stereotypes of Muslims. Instead, it reinforces stereotypes of Western Canadians. I am insulted on many levels.

1. I'm hoping it's a joke

2. I've been to many places in Saskatchewan, and the people there are so kind hearted and nice it's (1) weird, and (2) going to take a lot of editing to make it the controversial show they're looking for

3. no. i won't be watching

I watched and was very disappointed -- even though I know one of the producers (a fine guy!) and was really rootin' for it.

It's simply not funny.
