Thinking logically no YOU probably could't, but the tornado's forcive winds could rotate the sides in so many diffirent combinations that it could solve it.

Two factors.. one.. I have never been able to solve a Rubik's cube... two.. but I am smart enough to prepare NEVER to be carried aloft by a tornado... so having these two bits of information...
Personally no I cannot solve a Rubik's cube while being carried aloft by a tornado.
Best of luck and I hope you never have to put this to the test....
