I ran out of minutes and need more but when I called cingular they said that the new minuteswont start until the new billing cycle?(which is 14 days away) thanks

they are 45 cents a minute and no i dont want "free" minutes. I want more minutes this month added to my plan and they charge me extra$ for them.

I had some nice customer service agents backdate plan changes. They do not normally do that anymore but it can be done and used to be done regularly. They make more money future dating.

Call and try to find somone nice it is your only hope.

What, you want free minutes? The person on the phone is telling you that your plan minutes will restart on your next billing cycle.

You can just keep calling and just pay for the extra minutes, they're usually like 10 cents or 15 cents a minute.

If you're changing your plan to one with more minutes, then yeah, they ought to be able to make that happen.
