You start being a nudist the minute you take off you clothes. That's really about all there is to it. You don't need to go to a nude beach or anything like that, just get undressed at home some day and go about your daily business as you normally would.
My roommate and I are both nudists and we rarely stay dressed once we enter our apartment. We study in the nude, cook in the nude, clean in the nude, watch TV in the nude, sleep in the nude...there's nothing different about us and most other twentysomething roommates except that we usually don't have clothes on.

Nudist believe that their is no shame in being nude and in fact it is the most natural thing in the world.The human body is beautiful and being nude in public around other people is a liberating experience.If we as a society did not make sex and nudity a bad thing I think there would be far less sex crimes in the world as well a STDs.Prudish attitudes about sex and nudity do far more harm than people who like to be naked.
