We have had over 3 years to prepare them. We are always been told that they are ready to take control of the situation, So why do we need to send more of our children to die over there?

Again humanist looks past all the positive progress in Iraq and damns the troops who rescued the Iraqis.

Again humanist offers no solutions, and only vague criticism.

Also, we are "sending" no one to die. Everyone there is there voluntarily. Even if they didn't want to go, they have the option of leaving the army dishonorably.

Everyone that is over there is a patriot, you are nothing but a fraud.

Hey Buckwheat: "Mission accomplished" means exactly that. One mission, one objective. We toppled Saddam's regime. That mission WAS accomplished.

Restoring power is another mission. Accomplished.

Restoring order to the major cities was another mission. To a great extent, accomplished.

Restoring civilian government, another mission, accomplished.

Ensuring there are enough hospitals and schools for everyone, another mission, accomplished.

Putting a stop to Iraqi funding towards groups like the PLO and the Taliban and Al-Qaeda, as well as martyr brigades and Syrian terrorists, another mission, accomplished.

Buckwheat has accomplished nothing, and instead of rectifying that situation, he projects his failures onto others.

Simple at some stage there has to be changeovers of manpower and objectives change all the time .Our boys are readyand well trainned but some guys have been there for sooo long and they do have the right to come home at some stage.I see it as the job gets done quicker if there are more hands on deck so to speak

Yes, continued casualties and mayhem, how long has it been since bush declared "mission accomplished?, those words will resonate for centuries and be the yard stick for which all future foreign policy failures are measured against.
