i have been trying to locate richard tangeman who is my husband and i have tried zaba yahoo and google searches and cant come up with anything can some one please help me here

You're going to have to hire a private investigator. If Yahoo or Google can't help you, that's the next step (these pay-to-lookup services on the web rarely work, you hear 2 or 3 success stories, but never the thousands of failure stories). Barring that, you can go to the police and file a missing persons report.
The question I want to know is: Why doesn't he want you to know where he is? Did he get in some kind of trouble with the law or something? If so, its in your best interest to get to the police right away, lest you be charged with aiding and abetting.

Some show address and phone numbers. Have you tried any of them? Perhaps he does NOT wish to be FOUND.

Have you tried www.anywho.com? If you know his SS #, you can find him anywhere. but like someone else said, maybe he doesn't want to be found, by you or anyone else. Good luck.
