its true their are countries that get funds from the american government that hate america and yet the government wants the world to be like us but yet it wont happen and i am sure if people learned about it they wouldnt like the government of america anymore like i dont

I'm not clear that your question is correct. Most of the American government's money goes to defense, Social Security, Medicare, and education if one is to believe published reports.
