When the old cartridges were finished, I changed them and put in new ones. I got the green light then I started to get the red light. When I started to print I got a printer icon showing the cartridge and was told to remove the one on the right (black).I did and the printer found out the color cartridge had a problem. I reinstalled both but I still cannot print. I have a queue of work and need help in getting my printer to work again. Any suggestions?

You said you still can't print after reinstalling both catridges? Did it give any error message or did it say why it can't print after you changed catridges? I have two possible solutions...first, cancel/delete all jobs in the queue and turn of the printer, then turn it back on after the jobs have been cleared. Then try printing thereafter. If that doesn't work, try the second solution...uninstall the printer and reinstall it again. If you don't have the printer CD, then go to the printer's manufacturer's website and download the drivers. Else, just pop in the CD and perform the reinstallation. Gud luck

Oh by the way, make sure you have papers in the tray
