To cleaning out your vagina, other than a douche? I really don't like to use them.

Pretty much any liquid you insert in your vagina is called a "douche", so there's not really any other options. If you don't like commercial douches, a fair number of herbalists provide recipes that you can try.
But the thing is, your vagina is not dirty, and doesn't need to be cleaned out. Bacterially it is much cleaner than your mouth. All that a healthy vagina needs is to be cleaned on the outside with mild soap and water when you wash your body.

the vagina doesnt need to be routinely cleaned out
thats natures job
If GOD wanted women to have a flower , herb..etc smelling vagina he /she wouldnt have given us one

There are suppositories you can use that basically do the samething.
