It a roller coaster ride of hormones. At times I am horney as hell, and at other times, nothing turns me on and the thought of sex makes me sick. Its something a pregnant woman has no control over.
I am currently 20 weeks pregnant with my 3rd.

It is different for all women, but from what I've read, the second trimester is supposed to be the time when women can either become completely horny or be just the opposite and never want it at all. My first trimester I was too sick to really think about sex. Now that I am feeling better I am definitely feeling hornier. I'm not sure about the third trimester yet, though...

Not necessarily. If you have a lot of morning sickness during the first part, you don't feel like it for that period of time. If you have a lot of discomfort during the second half you don't feel like it then either. A lot of the feelings are more intense because of the extra blood down there which makes everything more engorged and sensitive. That makes you somewhat more turned on, or able to be pleasured, not necessarily more often. But I guess it can go the other way too and make you less turned on because things are too intense and tight enough to make it uncomfortable. Plus in the later months there's a belly to deal with, and you can't do your favorite positions, or have to find new ones that just don't do it for you. And sometimes you're just too exhausted. Pregnancy is a whole mess of emotions, aches and pains, sexual highs and lows, at least it has been for me.

It really depends on the woman. I've got 4 kids and with most of them no I really didn't want to be touched, but with the last one, I was sooooooo hot for my husband!!! lol!!
I don't know how he kept up!!! It really was nice because I was always in the mood for it and there were no worried about getting pregnant. : )

Yes. I also have "wet" dreams, where I am woken up by an orgasm, and the ensuing cramps.
