Florida
Michigan

maybe others.

Florida is the only team to win both in the same year

Edit: Florida is the first team to hold the title in both basketball and football at the same time.

In addition to all the ones mentioned above
California
UCLA
Michigan State
Syracuse
Maryland

Stanford might try to claim 1940 for football to go along with 42 basketball. But I think Minnesota is more generally recognized as the football champ in 40.

As a bonus tidbit,
OSU, UMich and Cal are the only schools that have won national championships in football, basketball AND baseball.

just to everyone saying Florida is the first to win them in the same year, they aren't... no one ever has. Florida just won the 06-07 championship, basketball hasn't been decided yet... I happen to think that they will (in the process winning back2back bball championships), but their basketball championship actually goes with the University of Texas' college football Rose Bowl victory.
