What is the Minimum a person has to earn to be eligible for an earned income credit?

if your single it is 11,032 ( less than 11,00 to round it off) and if your married or head of house hold it is less than 32,000 to round it off.

The minimum amount you can earn and still be eligible for the EIC is $1. Alternately the maximum you can earn and be single with no children is $12100. If you have children, that maximum goes up as high as a little over $38K.

You can get this even if you only have FIA or SS benefits so it can go very very low!!!

I believe it depends on how many dependents you have and, are claiming.
