Look around you. When you see problems, inefficiencies etc they are opportunities for setting up a business.

Some examples -
High Quality Adult Education - plenty of illiterate adults out there. If someone could teach them to Read, Write , do some Arithmetic then everyone would be better off and you will have an extremely satisfying business.

Starting a group exercise say walking program. Motivate a group of say 10 upper middle class, middle aged men / women to walk and do mild exercises for an hour every day. Choose early morning or late evening times.

Buy or lease land and permit city dwellers to become weekend gardners. You will water the plants they grow on a daily basis but they will put in the work and love on weekends. You need to find a few acres of land a little away from the crowds and pollution of the city

No can do without knowing your goals and expectations for a business. How much investment in time? Money?? Do you want to avoid employees, or love them? What kind of returns do you expect? What kind of background do you have? What skills and interests do you possess? What demographic areas are you familiar with? Geographic?

How about second had furniture and household goods. People these days cant afford to buy new stuff, so they would like to buy second hand which is cheaper. If some pieces need attention, get someone to do that for you.
