after completing the game, I personally think that Twilight Princess is a beautiful and huge game, but...

do you remember the feeling of the opening sequence of Ocarina of Time? Or the freshness and the sense of freedom in A Link to the Past? well, this game has not them. Sure, the world is beautiful and rich, the dungeons are deep and pretty challenging, and the story is epic.. but i definetly not feel the "Zelda difference" that make me love some older titles.

This is my opinion. And your??

That was probably my biggest complaint about this game.... it had all the pieces that make a Zelda game: The dungeons, the bosses, the items. It just didn't have anything brand new. It didn't have something that made me jump out of my chair and yell "THAT WAS SWEET!!!"

You will have fun, guaranteed, and there are a few new things, like being a wolf, using your sword on your horse, etc. It just lacks a certain........ amazing quality. It's good / great.... not amazing.

If it looks like Pizza, and it tastes like pizza, it must be pizza, right? Well this looks and feels like Zelda, but that doesn't mean that you will be blown away by it.

I have to say I felt the same way playing every Zelda game. Each one is a epic of its own and has its own unique feeling to it. While Twilight Princess might not had the same feeling as Ocarina of Time it might be because you have already felt the best of Zelda and its hard to overcome the feeling of the epic that is Zelda.

Orcrina was definately the best zelda ever made. You had so much freedom to do what you want, only to find you couldnt since you lacked the gear :P. Nevertheless, the bosses were much more challenging than twilight and it had original ideas no other game i've heard of incorporated.

I'm gonna throw down that you're about dead on there. Great game overall sure, and probably worth the $50. But man, there was a definite feeling of empty when the game was done. I think it may have been the no continue option that they have had in so many game in the past. I dont know, it was long and all. But it just was missing something.
