I mean they are strictly 100% politically correct, they don't like employees who are "different" (whether lifestyle or personality), don't have a sense of humor, never have a smile, rude on the phone even on the simplest conversations. I mean why are they so miserable and assh*les? Is this a requirement to work in HR?
Maybe if they stop being so picky in hiring especially in jobs that have high turnover no matter what they could have an easier time!!

Gee, I didn't know this was a problem. I guess I have run into a few bad HR people. I was actually just thinking of maybe working in HR because I like people and like helping them.

That's pretty funny... as bad as this sounds.. when I went to school for business it seemed the ones who didn't know what branch of biz they wanted to do went to do HR... but I'm not bad talking anyone I had enough run-ins too:) that's why I started my own biz:)
