In 2001, 91.7% of people living here were born in the UK.

But bear in mind that you can be born elsewhere and acquire British citizenship, so the percentage of Britons living in Britain is probably higher than that.

What is the motivation behind this question? Are you a racist? I bet the Spanish spend four months of the year asking how many people being sick on their pavements or showing their breasts to a channel five documentary crew are British as well!! My wife is not British, but she is a consultant surgeon and if your wife/mum/sister gets a breast cancer, God forbid and protect them, then you probably won't mind that she is here to help an underfunded, understaffed NHS in crisis.
