Something like an animation video of some guy, possibly playing the trombone or a jazz band or something...had a repetitive lyric of 'whoa-oh-oh-oh...uh-oh-oh-oh'. Very much in the jazz-band style. (NOT Sledgehammer by Peter Gabriel)

The only one that is popping into my head at the moment is "Take on me" by A-ha It was part animation and it is a really good song. I may have to go and find it now lol
I think the lady below me may be right, Take on me is a good song but not really jazzy. i hope you found what you were looking for.

The first thing that came to mind was "Some Like it Hot" by the Power Station, although I'm not sure the lyrics match the ones you listed. It does have a kind of brassy sound in the background, and the video was partly animated. If you think of any other lyrics, post them -- it usually makes it easier to find the song.
