yes it happend to me and it is happening to me. (Yes middle and left abdominal area but mostly left side) By the way I'm 5 weeks pregnant. At first it was very light cramping and it didn't hurt at all but I felt it so it was kinda bothersome. Since then it got little bit more distinct. I told the dr about it and he said it could be very normal. It could be ovarian cyst which occurs every month to fertile women. I asked him if he that happened every month how come I haven't felt it till I got pregnant and he said "just cause u didn't feel it before mean that you can't feel it now?" and that just shut me up. I don't like my dr. Anyways I don't think it's anything serious since the dr didn't think so. And I think my body was just more sensitive because I was going through more changes. Hope everything turns out right. Suggestion: maybe take HPT? Before I went to the dr I took HPT and got very very very faint +. However, dr's office urine test came out negative. Then took blood test and came out + so I am pregnant. in my case HPT was more accurate the dr.'s urine test. Good luck!

It happens to me every month. It is a very weird feeling. Sometimes it hurts on me though. Of course I have my tubes tied. Depending on how long its been going on, you might also have an infection. Keep the appointment with your Dr.

I call it PMS

If your test was negative, and you have no reason to believe you are actually pregnant, it probably is your typical cramps, which happen right before and during your period. They can also come on harder if you're stressed, say, about conceiving.

I would say that you could test again since HCG doubles in 48 hours. Just remember that all tests are different, even if they came in the same box.
