I gave 3 weeks notice. Found & trained my replacement. On my last day, the boss refused to talk to me. They didn't have my final paycheck or COBRA paperwork ready. After several phone calls, 2 weeks later I went to the labor board. Their reason was my supervisor took 1/2 day off. I won, they had to pay me for every day my paycheck was late, plus 10% penilty.
