Pay her the rent and kick everyone out. Call up the landlord/lady if you have to. (I'll bet your lease says something about the maximum number of occupants.)

Your friend is taking advantage of you. She won't stop until you do something about it. Perhaps you could ask if she'd prefer that you or she move out? Or would that be an option? That should give her a clue that you're seriously done with this nonsense. She hasn't shown you the respect you deserve as a roommate by consulting with you on major decisions, and she's wrong for that no matter what you owe her. If you can, you should pay her off even a little at a time, or borrow from a relative to pay her back. You seem to feel that debt means you have no say, but you really don't need to feel that way. One way or the other, you need to make a change.

Your letting these people walk all over you. These other people are not on the lease, talk to your official roommate about it. If she doesn't have these people move out, talk to the landlord and explain the situation. I'm certain that the landlord won't be happy about all of these people living in your apartment. See if the landlord will let you break the lease. If he/she does, then move to a healthier environment.
Now to answer your question, you always have a right to your emotions. You do have a right to be upset. Yes, it is partially your fault for not saying something sooner. Your roommate is taking advantage of you for it.

You def. have a right to be upset. Tell them all that if they keep eating your food and staying there then they all are going to have to start paying. If they cannot agree on that then they are no kind of friend! I would try to get out of your lease a.s.a.p and tell your friend to find someone else to live with her (maybe the people who are living there now.) and pay her back for the late charges as soon as u can so she doesnt hold that over your head!

Let it go until you have settled your debt in full. Then, express to her that your living arrangements are unacceptable, and if the boyfriend continues to stay there, he should be splitting the rent & utilities.
And GET THAT DOG OUT OF YOUR HOME!
Good luck!

Pay her back and tell her to get out of your space. You are totally being used honey. Save up the little funky $600 bucks you owe her and cut your losses. If worst comes to worst I'd just dissapear on em one day when nobody was home ... pack up all my stuff and get the hell outta there. Or you could always stand up for yourself and tell them you're not going to take their bs anymore ... and if they disagree ... they can get out!

Pay her back for the rent, she will use this against you so she can do what she wants. If she is violating the terms of your agreement, I would talk to her about it, there's no other way to work it out and tell her you will pay her back.
