Oh yeah, did you know that it was filmed in Woodstock, IL? I have been there, I live like 20 mins from it. If you look closely in the part were Ned comes in, You can see in the background a store called "Woodstock Jewelers"

It's one of my favorites too. It's so loved in fact, it was added at the end of 2006 to the National Film Registry. And being only 13 years old, that's a pretty high honor.
