Eat more healthy. If you do drugs, alcohol, or smoke then stop those things now. Buy prenatals and start taking them daily. Try to get enough sleep each night (7-8 hours) and destress your life as much as you can.

Start taking prenatal vitamins. Most women don't start taking them until they know they're pregnant, but it's a good idea to start beforehand, so the little one can get all the benefit of the vitamins from the start. Also, find a good prenatal aerobics class in your area. They will work on abdomenal strengthening (good for keeping your tummy under control--reduces stress on your back as the baby grows) and stretching (good aerobic work that helps oxygenate your blood--good for you and for baby). Get into a regular sleep pattern, and rest as much as you need to. Eat a nutritious diet. No alcohol, no drugs, no junk food. You'll want to reduce your caffeine intake if you drink coffee or soft drinks.

I hope that helps. Good luck--

well you should drink a lot of folic acid. This will prevent any abnormalities. And will help for a healthy baby. Remember your body will take it's natural shape during pregnancy. So don't worry. Enjoy motherhood. =0)
