I’m really interested to know where the WMD’s are that were used as justification for the U.S.A.’s invasion of Iraq. The only things found so far have been 20-year-old spent artillery shells found buried in the desert. These were for use during the Iran-Iraq war and, in their current state, would give a person the equivalent of a carpet burn. The Bush administration was adamant that they would find large amount of chemical and biological agents along with manufacturing facilities for said agents. Where are they? Some has hypothesized that they are in Syria and Iran, but where’s the proof?

We know where they are. They're in the area around Tikrit and Baghdad and east, west, south and north somewhat.

There are people who in large measure have information that we need . . . so that we can track down the weapons of mass destruction in that country.

We never believed that we'd just tumble over weapons of mass destruction in that country.

There is no proof. The intelligence community just reported what Bush told them to report, and everyone toed the line. It kinda reminds me of when Clinton was fooling around with Monica and he had everyone in his cabinet denying it.

Hey, maybe if I lie enough I can get into politics

There never were any WMD. Everyone knows that it was a flimsy excuse to invade Iraq and oust Saddam. There never was any alliance between Saddam and Al Queada either. Donald Rumsfeld Is one of the slimiest characters I have ever witnessed in politics

Some of us aren't so closedminded that we look at everything. There is too much about this to just ignore. Ignoring a problem won't go away, it makes matters worse.

Did he not use wmds on his own people and trust me, these are not carpet burns either. Also, I wonder how many libs will complain that the link above is a conservative site. If you do and are that ignorant, then may this will help..

The US government knew very well that Iraq had used all of the WMD that we sold them on Iran (that's WHY we sold weapons to them) I guess maybe someone lost count...

Reality is that we knew they didn't have anything. UN inspectors reported that all the time. But it sure sounded good to the American people "We have to get them before they blow us us" Fear is a good motivator.

There's only about 30,000,000 square miles of desert there, chuckles. Why don't YOU start digging and tell us when you find them. Anyway, Saddam was an a$$hole and we needed to take him out just for general principle. Besides, I thought it was oil you libs were accusing us of fighting for.

Wait, I thought oil was the justification for the war?? Where's the oil too? Gas prices have just risen. I always thought WMD was just a euphemism for oil....

Just maybe the UN inspectors were telling the truth when they said that they couldn't find any.

Don't search for proof...accept things as they are! Since you will no longer find anything!

there were also some uranium found, but not what they were looking for. I guess when you give someone 8 months warning for your attack, they can prepare however they wish
