Is anyone a social worker? I am 15 and in year 10 at school and I think I want to be a socia worker. Is it a good job? and what qualifications do I need and what would I need to do in sixth form and college?

I'm doing social work degree at university this is our fact sheet it will give you some idea of what may be needed

You will want to do well in your studies and get a good liberal arts education. Also consider volunteering or getting work in human service related jobs (e.g. a camp, day care, etc.) these will also help you get into a good program.

the only thing i knoe about social workering is that you don't get much money so if you are looking or want like a lot money then that is not that job for you..
