I was playing golf for the first time in a few months and pulled something in my chest. Right around my sternum/rib cage on the right side it hurts whenever i move in certain directions or cough or sneeze..... not a pain all the time just whenever i move or twist in certain instances. What could I have done to myself?

You could have pulled a muscle or cracked a rib. I'd advise to go get an x-ray and then go from there.

More than likely you have pulled/strained a muscle. That can be painful, but a doctor can give you something to help with the pain until it heals.

in my view I consider they have got to go well with a lady's frame. a consider stick of a lady with a tremendous chest simply appears ridiculous to me. I consider the ultimate measurement for watching well and now not like a porn famous person or tramp is approximately a colossal b or complete C cup

likely pulled a muscle.

I pulled a muscle in my upper back by simply SNEEZING.

I was in pain for two days before I dragged myself to the doctors.
I was given Tyleno 3 w/codine for the pain and a strong muscle relaxer.

It took almost a week before I felt better.

sounds like strained muscle. pretty common with anything that requires you to twist and jerk like that. it happened to me while doing throws. took me about 2 weeks to feel 100%. good luck...rest is best
