why do the mothers have all the rights when i lived at home with my wife and 3 sons its me who took them to school and picked them up whille the mother was down with her horse then found out she was shagging the stable hand .
now she wont let me see my kids and i so want to took her to court and she was told to let me see them but she wont and now it means me taking her back to court at my cost yet again
the boys want to see me and call me each night but she wont let them come i dont now why shes being so nasty (my have something to do with the man she was with left her )but now i have a new girlfreind and she has 2 girls and we are a happy little family but i want my sons to be apart of that family as well but she wont let them i dont want to take them away from her but to be a father what should i do
help !!!

my heart goes out to you, iam a woman and hate all woman who do not let dads see there children.
my brother hasn't been able to see his for over two years now.
lets hope one day the courts give joint custody to both parents equally.
it makes my blood boil i tell you.

How old are your sons? If they are 11 or over they can make there own decision, and your ex wouldn't have a say in it!
If they are younger you will need to go back to court and get a contact order drawn up, no courts will stop you from being part of their life's.... She should think herself lucky that you want to be part of their life's,many fathers don't care...... the boys will resent her when they are older if she don't let you see them, she wont gain any respect by stopping you seeing them, my hubby's ex stopped us from having his son once, 2 yrs down the line, he lives with us!!!!!!
keep a log of all your attempts, down to the exact time..

Take her back to court. By violating a cour ordered visitation right, she may be held in contmpt of court and could be fined or even face jail time. I'm sure if the judge let her know what the consequences are for violating your rights, she might change her tune. Get a Father's Rights attorney. They may not cost as much. Good luck. I think you might have answered your own question as to why she wont let you see the boys, she is jealous that you have moved on and have a happy family now. She is insecure that the boys will want to be part of that permanatly.
Keep records of every time she is not there for you to collect the kids and keep taking it back to court, its all I can suggest, but you have our sympathies we have been there.

She is definately in the wrong and it will bite her in the *** in the future as your kids grow. Take her to court, she has no right to eliminate you from your kids.
It is a shame that some adults in these situations act foolishly and involve the children when they should be providing for the children.
I am divorced and I have never denied my son's father the right to be a father. That is what is wrong with some of these women denying the father the chance to be there. Your kids are lucky to have a father in their life, most kids don't.
Contact a father's rights laywer.

Ugh...what a bicth she is...your boys NEED you. The most important person in a childs life is the same sex parent. I would tell her that either she lets you see them regularly or you will fight for full custody including the house and she can say goodbye to support payments. Tell her she risks lose everything. Perhaps this will scare her into reality. You may end up having to fight in court but I sure hope not. Good luck with this, I hope it works out in your favor :-)

you need to start keeping a log of every time you try to contact the kids, and she won't let you. you need start recording your telephone conversations with her. these can provide proof for the judge.
if she is not complying with the court order, she could be found in contempt. go to court and petition for joint or sole custody.

She's made her bed now make her lie in it. Go to court and keep going and make a move for custody citing her as unfit. Make up stuff about her... I'll bet she's doing the same to you.
These women try and call themselves mothers.... they are not fit.
