Ever have a dream that was scary and felt so real that when you woke up you were all hot and sweaty and you felt that you couldn't go back to sleep at all?

yes i dreamed that i had done a horrible crime, its kinda disturbing I don't even know why it was in my brain. But anyways I started to realize I was asleep, and I remembered that people said if you don't wake up from your sleep your dead. Well I began to panic because I was aware that I was asleep, and I was drifting up into absolute darkness. I was scared to death because I couldn't open up my eyes. I was so afraid, that I was dead, and was facing God, having done these horrible things. When I finally did wake up I was so thankful, but afraid to go back to sleep.

Yes I had this twice...and I was searching for these kinds of phenomena, but couldn't reach a logical solution...but what I've learned that your subconscience seeks the past and reveals it sometimes in the present combined by any daily act that you have seen during the day (Accidents, Movies, Events...) and tries to manipulate this image in a dream....and since you've seen these acts during your day makes you feel that it was real...and your brain makes you feel the illusion as well...Trust me, forget about it...it's boring to think so deep about this!

And you were almost afraid when you woke up that things you did/said in your dream wasn't really a dream but a memory of something that actually happened and you were just trying to block it out? And you got a little paranoid that people would suspect something?
